Ali Abayoğlu
is a contemporary Turkish artist known for his striking glass sculptures and installations.
His work explores themes of nature, balance, and fragility,
often using glass as a medium to reflect the delicate interplay between strength and vulnerability.
Among his most renowned pieces are “Glass Leaves” and “Jellyfish”,
showcased in the 2022 exhibition “Deeper” at Istanbul’s historic Basilica Cistern (Yerebatan Sarnıcı).
These installations were praised for harmonizing with the ancient venue, offering visitors both a visual and contemplative experience.
